TROUBLESHOOTING

If you are having issues viewing the experience, please read the notes below.

The Lifecycle Virtual experiences require WebGL2 functioning on internal team devices (desktop/laptop, not mobile devices).

Approved browsers are Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, ideally Chrome or Edge, as Firefox is losing ground traffic-wise.

Safari may be added to the list soon. They have just started putting WebGL2 into their technology preview build (release slated for Q1-Q2).

If the virtual experience is not loading on your device, follow these steps:

1. Check to see if your web browser is on the supported list of browsers (see the button 1 below)

2. Check to see if WebGL 2.0 is actively working on your device and browser (see button 2 below). If you see the spinning cube, WebGL 2.0 is enabled.

3. If your device browser should support WebGL 2.0, but you do not see the spinning cube, WebGL2.0 functionality may have been disabled on your device. Contact your IT administrator to have the functionality restored.

4. If your browser should support WebGL 2.0 and you see the spinning cube, but the experience does not load, your computer or network settings may be restricted from viewing WebGL content on specific websites. Contact your IT administrator to have the functionality restored.

SUMMARY

Active 3D Virtual Experiences are supported on 83.15% of desktop browsers.
We believe this number is closer to 90% due to Safari falsely reporting numbers from mobile devices.
Less than 20% web traffic coming from MAC (OSX), iPad, iPhone.
