ACCESSING VISITOR DATA + SHOW ANALYTICS

1. VISIT THE LIFECYCLE VIP BACKEND

Visit https://carecreditlifecycle2021signature.active3d.vip or https://carecreditlifecycle2021scriptkit.active3d.vip and log in with your provided credentials. Your username and password will have been delivered via email.

2. SELECT YOUR INDUSTRY

From the list of industries in the left hand menu, select your industry to open its view menu.

2. SELECT THE DATA YOU WOULD LIKE TO VIEW

From the dropdown, select the information you would like to view:

CAMPAIGN: See an overview of the visitors and task completions from the experience or view the legend for the data the experience has collected.

FORM DATA: View all form data received from the experience. Filter the data by date by using the selector at the top of the page or remove unneeded records via the Hide function.

FORM EXPORTS: Export form data to a CSV file. This file can then be opened by Excel or Google Sheets for further data analytics.

ACTIVITY LOG: Export the experience’s activity log (a break-down of all interactive elements clicked) or view the Google Analytics for the experience.

ADMIN: Unhide records removed from the Form Data view.

APPROVING GIFT CARDS FOR VISITORS

1. VISIT THE LIFECYCLE DISTRIBUTION CENTER

Visit http://fulfillment.carecreditvirtual.com/ and log in with your provided credentials. Your username and password will have been delivered via email.

2. VIEW, APPROVE, OR DENY FULFILLMENT REQUESTS

Your default view when entering the distribution center shows all fulfillment requests currently in the queue. You can bulk select requests using the check box to the left of each record. You can then apply a number of statuses (listed below) to the selected records.

APPROVE FULFILLMENT
Marks the request as valid and queues the gift card for delivery.

DENY FULFILLMENT
Removes the record from the queue and denies the gift card request. See below for why you may want to deny a request.

PUT ON HOLD
Removes the record from the queue and places it in the On Hold list in the left hand menu. Apply this status to requests to hold them for later analysis.

WHEN TO APPROVE, DENY, HOLD GIFT CARD REQUESTS

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
If you see a number of gift card requests from the similar email addresses (ie: george001@gmail, george002@gmail, etc), their may be a visitor who is attempting to acquire multiple gift cards from the experience. These are the types of requests to deny. DO NOT deny multiple requests from the same practice with unique email addresses (ie: george@healthinc, lisa@healthinc, etc) as these requests are allowed. Report activity if a suspicious amount of records are submitted from the same practice.

PARTIAL INFORMATION
If a gift care request is made without an email address included, or if the request has non-applicable data (ie: strange symbols, garbled text, etc), the request more than likely was submitted by a malicious attacker. Deny this request and report this activity should it occur.

EXPORTING DATA FOR USE IN OTHER SYSTEMS

You can also export fulfillment data for use in another system, to keep a list of flagged visitors, or to insure visitors are not attempting to acquire more than one fulfillment item.

Below the view options in the left hand menu is an export dropdown with options for each of the status types. Clicking these download options will prompt you to save a CSV file that can then be opened in Excel or Google Sheets. This CSV file can also be used to upload the records into a third party system of your choice.

If you would like to export only a set date range of records, go to the status dashboard you would like to export, set the Filter By Date at the top of the page, then click the download link in the left-hand menu. This will prompt a download of only the records in the set date range specified.
